If the customer goes on to request a refund at this point instead of a replacement, we will honour this with a Fine Art Print. Once the print has been received and inspected at our studio, we will email you with confirmation of the refund of the production costs to you. We will refund the customer for the cost of the sale.

If you are not totally satisfied with the product you have 3 days to communicate this. In order to gain a refund the work must be inspected for damage before refunds are provided.

This certificate certifies that this print is authentic, limited edition print made from an original photographic image captured by Hazel Copcutt.  The print is hand signed, dated and numbered by the artist.

Quality materials are used to insure longevity: this print should last for many years if properly cared for.  As with any indoor artwork, avoid exposure to sunlight.  Dust with a lint-free cloth or vacuum lightly.  Smudges may be removed by gently wiping the canvas with a clean damp cloth.

When the original is sold, the master copy will not be destroyed so the image can be used for other purposes such as licensing.

The artist reserves to herself all copyrights in the work of fine art this certificate accompanies.  Reproduction may not be made without permission.
