A unique collection of analogue+digital collages created intuitively to replace the gaze upon the model from an objective eye to a curious wonder.

There is another way to be transported into other dimensions, you can take moments in time and juxtapose them with scenes under the lights of stars, a reunion with nature. With the vision for colour, vibrancy, and the notion of unlimited possibilities the audience is invited to realised daydreams.

I was inspired to create this collection when I realised I could find a way to make new versions of published images. I wanted to combine elements of style, texture and beauty. Lucky for me, printed magazines provide a wealth of material. By bringing together fashion, Music and the Cosmos, Life, Nature, I was able to create with a playful eye.

Enhancing the pieces digitally is a limitless practice, and so are the choices to be made in any piece of work, but by cutting, and actually sticking them into place gives me a greater sense of satisfaction. Eventually, all the interrupted series will be printed, the enhanced pieces will be presented with and without their digital surgery.
